Residential
KinoD pursues property acquisitions to develop & sale residential housing products for our investors. Acquisitions include finished lots in structured sub-divisions, urban infill lots, undeveloped land sites, partially finished projects, land subordinations and land for entitlements. Our team has years of experience in buying, developing, repositioning and disposing of residential projects. Our depth of experience and financial strength allows us to identify and analyze opportunities, close acquisitions and execute business projects efficiently.

Commercial
We work with investors to source, acquire, and finance various types of commercial real estate, which includes mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial assets. The properties are developed and/or generally repositioned to enhance market value. Assets are either sold as part of property-specific investment strategies designed to deliver above-market returns to our clients and/or held if producing above average returns. KinoD has interests in selling and renting properties per square foot located in the United States.

Multifamily
KinoD pursues multifamily acquisition & development opportunities to unlocking value through a myriad of strategies, including new construction, institutional management, rehabilitation, repositioning and creative recapitalization. We focus primarily on apartments in supply-constrained, infill markets.
