Louis Clark, Co-CEO
Louis Clark has more than 20 years’ experience in the engineering, construction, real estate and business industries. He has built residential and commercial structures in Texas cities since the 1990’s. Mr. Clark’s engineering background coupled with his business and critical thinking skills makes him a key executive in the real estate development industry.
Mr. Clark has concentrated his skills in residential real estate development and has successfully commanded teams to build properties ranging from million dollar custom homes to spec homes, and communities of 1st Time Homebuyers. Mr. Clark is highly skilled in sales, negotiations, business projections, project management, estimating, trade and supplier management. He is experienced in value engineering, design and plan review.
Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and specializes in residential and retail strip center developments.

Jacq A. Duncan, Co-CEO
Jacq A. Duncan has been in the engineering and construction industry for over 20 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ms. Duncan performed engineering design and construction services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for 22.5 years to establish & maintain air traffic facilities in the National Air Space (NAS) throughout the United States.
Ms. Duncan served as a Commissioner on the City of Fort Worth Plan Commission (2004-2010), as a Member of the Transportation Impact & Capital Improvement Board. She has served on the Executive Board for the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce (FWMBCC), on the Marketing Team for the Fort Worth Convention & Visitor's Bureau (CVB), as a representative with US Congressman Michael Burgess' Southeast Fort Worth Economic Development Summit, as a Presidential Advisory Board Member for SkyDrill Power Systems, and as a US Congressional Lobbyist and Region X Committee Co-Chair for the National Air Traffic Controller's Association (NATCA).

Mary D - Master of Design and Decor
Over the past 40 years, Mary D has mastered a critical eye for designs, interior decorating, and attention to details. Her relentless and keen sense of style makes her a powerful asset to the KinoD brand. Mary D has techniques that are all her own.
A true philanthropist at heart, Mary D was named “Woman of The Year” in 2017 for her volunteerism and fundraising strategies to help renovate a 110-year-old church. Her efforts led to the overall improvement of over 5,000 square feet.
Mary D is a loving wife of 50 years, a nurturing mother of five children, grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of one.
